Improving your website is not a cost. It’s an investment.
Your website is the most critical tool in your marketing mix. It operates 24/7, day or night, providing a home base for your blogs, customer database, portfolio and so much more. It’s where tens of thousands of people will get their first impression of you and what you do or offer, all in a matter of seconds.
Those are tens of thousands of potential referrals, sales, bookings or donations that depend on the communication & function of your website.
Have you considered what that is worth to you?
why choose clarity

Value
Focused
Your website is a means to an end, not the end itself. We approach your project with a focus on what will bring you the most value and help meet your business or non-profit needs & goals.

Content
Specialists
We are copy writers as well as designers, so we can help tailor content along with design, saving you time and making for a more seamless development process.

Partnership
Scalability
We work with a number of partners who specialize in custom coding & development, SEO, Search-Engine Marketing, and graphic design. If your project requires a specialist, our partners let us scale up to meet your needs.
pricing to suit your project size

FqA
That’s not a typo. Here are Five Questions to Ask before starting a website project (because we’re all about clarity at every stage of the process).
Have I considered the value of my website?
Knowing the value of your website makes it possible to choose the best development package to help you reach your goals, while effectively managing your resources.
If you haven't tried it already, scroll up and click on our Value Calculator to help you assess the value potential of your website.
How much time do I have to commit to a development project?
Our website projects typically take anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the website.
During the process, your input & feedback is required to ensure the site meets your needs. Up front, there will be several meetings to discuss design & strategy, then scheduled check-ins for review and revision. You will also need to factor in additional time if you're providing your own new text & image content.
Keep these considerations in mind to help you plan for a smooth development process among your other commitments.
What are the technical abilities of my team?
Long after a website is built or refreshed, it has to be managed and maintained. We care about the health and efficiency of you and your team, so we like to avoid building websites that look great but are difficult to manage because of a lack of technical know-how.
Understanding the technical abilities of your team help us to plan the project holistically and consider their needs with our designs. We also provide training options to help you learn how to manage your site efficiently.
Will development conflict with our other activities or upcoming events?
We've worked on web projects where development was being done while new campaigns or events were being launched or advertised at the same time. This is not a good idea. Because web development often requires some technical downtime, interruptions in workflow will happen which, if they aren't planned for, can mean admin headaches for your team.
Consider the other events or activity you have planned for the year in order to define a project timeline that will work best.
Which web platform is best for our needs?
We build with WordPress and we love it. It powers over 60% of all CMS websites in the world. However, we fully understand that it may not be the best platform for every website situation.
Online builders such as Wix and Squarespace can be ideal if you're on a really tight budget, need a simple brochure-style website and are fine to use their out-of-the-box templates or handle design yourself. Again, our goal is to help you find the best value for your investment.
Of course, you may have many other questions to ask too. If so, please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer them.
Our clients say

Eric & Rick were so friendly and easy to work with. They just instinctively knew what we were looking for and ended up providing us with some great ideas to improve the muniSERV website. Thanks!
Susan Shannon
Director, muniSERV

Clarity approached the project with a very professional and experienced look at web design. Eric was able to distill our needs and dreams for our site into articulated project goals. He delivered on schedule and continued to communicate well through the process.
Darren Hoogendoorn
Senior Pastor, Hebron Church Whitby

Clarity has done two major projects for us. They have been professional in every way. Our website is a huge improvement over what we had previously and represents us very well.
Tim Schindel

My site looks great. Thank you so much for all the work you did on this. I've gotten lots of positive feedback on it, which is fantastic!
