Challenge
Ken was looking for new, distinctive branding that was authentic & approachable. His knowledge of the market and his unique approach to working with clients needed to come through in his promotional materials.
Also, he was using a website-in-a-box product for real estate agents that provided only generalized content and little ability to customize the look.
Solution
Through our brand discovery process, we identified areas of interest for Ken, including his leisure activities, charitable interests, and care for animals. We created promotional brochures for each of these themes, and created a brand aesthetic that was unique and 100% authentic.
Once the brand was established, we created a new website and shot a promotional video in and around the Hamilton area that showed Ken’s passion for the city and for helping others successfully navigate the real estate market.

Ken was very pleased with his new promo resources, which represented his brand well and considered the interests of different real estate audiences.
